Meet the Author
William T. Bianco is Associate Professor of Political Science at the Pennsylvania State University. He is the author of Trust: Representatives and Constituents and various articles and book chapters on American politics. Bianco has also served as a consultant to congressional candidates and party campaign committees, as well as to the U.S. Department of Energy, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and other state and local governmental agencies. He received a Lily Endowment Teaching Fellowship and a Canadian Studies Mainstreaming Grant for his Introductory American Politics course.
