Meet the Editors
Robert Pinsky founded the Favorite Poem Project during his tenure as the Poet Laureate of the U.S. He is professor of English at Boston University and the author of six books of poetry. Published by Norton, Pinsky and Deitz’s Favorite Poem Project anthologies—Americans’ Favorite Poems (1999), Poems to Read (2002), and Invitation to Poetry (2004)—have sold well over 100,000 copies in trade. Maggie Dietz is the director of the Favorite Poem Project.
