Meet the Editor
Donald Pizer is Pierce Butler Professor of English at Tulane University, where he has taught since 1957. He is the author of The Novels of Theodore Dreiser, Realism and Naturalism in Nineteenth-Century American Literature, and The Novels of Frank Norris, among others. He has edited the Norton Critical Editions of Sister Carrie and McTeague, as well as many volumes of the works of Stephen Crane, Theodore Dreiser, Frank Norris, Jack London, John Dos Passos, and Hamlin Garland.
