interview In general, you will want to use interviews to find information
you can't find elsewhere. Some kinds of writing—a
profile of a living person, for instance—almost require that you conduct an interview.
And sometimes you just need to find information that you haven't been
able to find in published sources. You can conduct interviews face-to-face, over the telephone, or by mail
or email.
