1. Mrs. Wright has not yet gone to trial; who then, is the jury of her peers? Why do you think so?

2. Mrs. Hale and Mrs. Peters see the same evidence at Mrs. Wright's house, but each woman has a slightly different point of view about the significance of the evidence. How do Mrs. Hale and Mrs. Wright each interpret the evidence?

3. The men follow established police procedure to find evidence of guilt. Do you think the county attorney would have understood the meaning of the small things the women discovered? Why or why not?

4. The women decide to hide the evidence from the county attorney. Do you agree or disagree with their decision? Why?
