A letter indicating the territorial sales rights of each title is located to the right of the publication date. Titles with no territorial sales rights designation to the right of their publication date are available for sale throughout the world. Below are the letters and their meanings:
- A - Worldwide, including Canada, but excluding the British Commonwealth
- B - Worldwide, excluding Canada and the British Commonwealth
- C - Worldwide, including Canada, but excluding the British Commonwealth and the European Union
- D - Worldwide, excluding Canada, the British Commonwealth, and the European Union
- E - Worldwide, excluding Japan
- F - United States of America, its dependencies, the Philippine Republic, and Japan
- G - Worldwide, including Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, but excluding the rest of the British Commonwealth and the European Union
- H - Worldwide, excluding Canada
- J - Worldwide, excluding the European Union
- M - Worldwide, including Canada, Singapore, and Malaysia, but excluding the rest of the British Commonwealth
- N - Worldwide, including Singapore and Malaysia, but excluding the rest of the British Commonwealth
- S - United States of America, Canada, Japan, Taiwan, and Korea
- V - United States of America, its dependencies, the Philippine Republic, Canada, Mexico, Central and South America, and the Caribbean
- X - United States of America, its dependencies, and the Philippine Republic
- Y - United States of America, its dependencies, the Philippine Republic, and Canada
- Z - Worldwide, excluding Australia and New Zealand
